To make an appointment

Cancellations:
At least 24 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid full payment of the regular fee. Monday appointments, however, must be cancelled by Friday at 6pm because I am not in the office Saturday or Sunday.

Insurance will not reimburse for late cancellations or missed appointments and thus clients will be expected to pay the typically covered amount themselves if the cancellation is not within the 24 hour notice time.
